Blessing throats after 8am, 10am, and 7.15pm Masses on Tuesday, February 3rd.  Also at 1.15pm, in church, without Mass.  Otherwise, call to monastery office / shop between 11am and 12.30pm or between 3pm and 5.30pm and ask for the priest on duty.
